[June 26, 2018 08:22] During the service window some of the Jelastic compute nodes lost its connection to the storage servers. The compute nodes that lost its connection need to be rebooted.
[June 26, 2018 09:45] All compute nodes have been rebooted. We are currently monitoring the situation. Please contact the support if you have any questions or if you still experience any issues with your environments.
[June 26, 2018 11:02 CEST] We have two issues that we are currently working on. 1. Some environments can't be managed form the control panel. 2. Some user nodes without public IP can't access external services. We have identified the problem and are currently working on them.
