[SOLVED] Disturbance during service window Jelastic PaaS

We are currently upgrading to Jelastic version 5.0.5 as announced and are experiencing a disturbance in our Jelastic PaaS that are affecting some our our users. Please contact support if you are having issues. We are working on resolving this and will keep you updated.

  • Service window has been completed and Jelastic PaaS is upgraded. There were some environments experiencing disturbance for a couple of minutes, multiple times during service window please contact support if you have questions.

  • We have had some more disturbances during service window. Unfortunately the final tests to complete the upgrade is still in progress. There is still some disturbances. Please contact support if you need assistance. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
